We may collect information about you when you visit Datalitix website or use Datalitix PULS application,
including the following:
Personal Data: When you register to use our application by downloading it and creating an
account, we will collect personal data as necessary to select right kind of studies/questions for surveys. We
collect information like your full name, age, etc. during the sign-up process after you download the
application.
Non-Personal Data: We collect non-personal data regarding users concerning their use of the
Website and Services, such as the scope, frequency, latency, pages accessed, what and when a user views or
interacts with content and materials displayed through our services, device identifiers, and other technical
information regarding the device used to access the services, such as model, operating system, etc.
Personal and Non-Personal Data include the following but is not restricted to:

Video Responses: We collect video responses as part of assignments that you will undertake.
By submitting a response to Datalitix you transfer all intellectual property rights in that response to us
with effect from the date we receive it. Datalitix is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property
rights in our website, our app and in the material published on them.

As part of the operation of the service, Datalitix will monitor and collect data about the access and use of
advertisements that publishers embed on their websites through the use of the service. You hereby grant your
explicit, irrevocable and unconditional consent to the Advertisements Monitoring.
