We may collect information about you when you visit Datalitix website or use Datalitix PULS application, including the following:
Personal Data – When you register to use our application by downloading it and creating an account, we will collect personal data as necessary to select right kind of studies/questions for surveys. We collect information like your full name, age, etc. during the sign-up process after you download the application.
Non-Personal Data – We collect non-personal data regarding users concerning their use of the Website and Services, such as the scope, frequency, latency, pages accessed, what and when a user views or interacts with content and materials displayed through our services, device identifiers, and other technical information regarding the device used to access the services, such as model, operating system, etc.
Personal and Non-Personal Data include the following but is not restricted to:
1. When you request a demo on our site, you will be requested to provide certain personal data, such as full name, e-mail address, the name of your employer, your title, phone number, country of residence and your website’s URL.

Video Responses – We collect video responses as part of assignments that you will undertake. By submitting a response to Datalitix you transfer all intellectual property rights in that response to us with effect from the date we receive it. Datalitix is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our website, our app and in the material published on them. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
We are not obliged to issue any invitation, nor are we obliged to accept any response which does not comply with our requirements or is otherwise, in our absolute discretion.
Each invitation to login to our app , will be sent to your mobile device either by PULS administrator or authorised administers time to time.
5. Advertisements Monitoring
As part of the operation of the service, Datalitix will monitor and collect data about the access and use of advertisements that publishers embed on their websites through the use of the service, and will further monitor the redirection of users from such advertisements to the advertisers’ websites and web pages (collectively: “Advertisements Monitoring”). You hereby grant your explicit, irrevocable and unconditional consent to the Advertisements Monitoring. Furthermore, you warrant and represent that you will apply to your website any and all privacy practices with respect to the Advertisements Monitoring, as required under the applicable law, including provision of a proper notification to users of your website, and/or obtaining users' documented consent to such collection and processing of data.

Non-Personal Data is used mainly for click stream analysis in order to constantly improve and maintain our website and services, including among others, in order to measure and understand the level of engagement to our services, for general business analytics and in order to provide a more personalized experience and tailored content, for ensuring the technical functioning of our network, to help prevent fraudulent use of our services and for developing new services and features.
We process the following types of personal information of, or from the survey respondents via video:
· audio recordings
· video clips containing facial images
This data may be shared with the clients or assessors of the assessments who engage us to perform or provide the services, our client’s service providers (including, without limitation, survey sample providers and/or data collection platform providers, etc.), and with the end-clients who engaged our clients.
Where Datalitix engages with members via the PULS App and ask them questions directly (for its own purposes, and not pursuant to any services provided to clients), Datalitix act as a data controller and in such circumstances, Datalitix will comply with the requirements of data protection law.
7. Sharing of Data
WE DO NOT SELL OR RENT ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO NON-AFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES FOR THEIR MARKETING PURPOSES.
Non-personal data, aggregate and statistical or otherwise anonymized data may be shared without limitation with third parties at our discretion. This information does not contain personal data and is used to develop content and services for our users and clients.
We share personal data only under the following limited circumstances:

Our databases are currently located in Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad, India. Our processing activities are based in India. If we become aware that a person under 16 years old has provided us with personal data, we will delete such data from our databases.
